We do our best to ensure that all information provided on this website up to date and accurate to the best or our knowledge. All information provided here is carefully and repeatedly checked for currency and accuracy. However, no liability or guarantee can be assumed for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided in the pictures and texts. The entire content of the website, in particular the pictures, visualizations and illustrations, are protected by copyright. Furthermore, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage, including loss of profit, arising from or in connection with the information provided on this site.

Privacy policy

Here we take the liberty of informing you about how we use, pass on and otherwise process your collected personal data. All personal data will be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of European and Austrian data protection laws.

Personal data

Personal data refers to all data relating to natural persons whose identity is determined or at least determinable and which contain details of personal or material circumstances, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, video recordings, photos.


We collect, process and use your personal data only in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 DSGVO. In doing so, we process your personal data only if:


you have given your express consent in accordance with Art 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, this is necessary for the processing of the contractual relationship with you (Art 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO), the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of one of our legal obligations (Art 6 Para. 1 lit. c DSGVO), or the processing in accordance with Art 6 Para. 1 letter f DSGVO is necessary to safeguard the interests of the company and to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not processing your data.

Rights of data subjects

You as our contractual partner and as the person generally concerned, have the right to information about your stored personal data as well as a right to correction, data transfer, objection, restriction of processing as well as blocking or deletion of incorrect or inadmissibly processed data. If there are any changes to your personal data, we request that you inform us accordingly. You have the right to revoke your consent to use your personal data at any time. Please inform us by e-mail to support@accelaint.com if you wish to obtain information, deletion, correction, objection and/or data transfer (in the case of data transfer only if this does not involve disproportionate effort). If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the possibility to complain to the responsible supervisory authority. In Austria, the responsible entity is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Data processing

We will not process the data made available to us for purposes other than the execution of the contractual relationship or for purposes covered by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the DSGVO.

Data Security

The protection of your personal data is carried out by appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorised, illegal or even accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation. Notwithstanding our efforts to maintain an appropriately high level of due diligence at all times, it cannot be ruled out that information that you disclose to us via the Internet may be viewed and used by other persons. Please note that we therefore accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hack attack on e-mail account or telephone).

Transmission of data to third parties

To fulfil our contractual or legal obligations or if there is a legitimate interest in the business of the parties involved (third parties), it may also be necessary to transfer your data to third parties. These recipients may be the following: private and public bodies that disclose or require information in connection with the contractual relationship, e.g. insurance companies (in connection with claims), authorities, companies commissioned to support the company’s internal IT infrastructure. This forwarding of your data takes place exclusively on the basis of the DSGVO. Some of the above-mentioned recipients of your personal data may be located outside Austria or may process your personal data outside Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection, for which purpose we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC).

Notifikation of data breaches

We make every effort to ensure that data breaches are detected at an early stage and, if necessary, reported to you or the relevant regulatory authority without delay, including the respective categories of data affected. Always in accordance with legal requirements.

Sorage of data

In accordance with the applicable data protection requirements, we are obliged to delete personal data immediately as soon as the purpose for processing has been fulfilled. In this context, we would like to point out that legal storage obligations/periods represent a legitimate purpose for the processing of personal data. In any event, data will be stored and retained by us in personal form until the end of the business relationship or until the expiry of any applicable guarantee, warranty or limitation periods; furthermore, until the end of any legal disputes in which the data may be required; or in any event until the end of the third year after the last contact with a business partner.

Use of our website

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. As far as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent and will only be used for the purposes stated in each case.

Cookie

Our website uses “cookies” to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and safe. A “cookie” is a small text file that we send via our web server to the cookie file of the browser on the hard disk of your computer. This enables our website to recognize you as a user when a connection is established between our web server and your browser. Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website. The content of the cookies we use is limited to an identification number that no longer allows a personal reference to the user. The main purpose of a cookie is to recognize the visitors of the website.

Session cookies

These are temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of your browser until you leave our website and are automatically deleted at the end of your visit.

Permanent cookies: For improved user-friendliness, cookies remain stored on your terminal device and allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit our website. You can set your browser to do this, that you will be informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, that exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you disable cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Server log files

To optimize our website with regard to system performance, user-friendliness and the provision of useful information about our services, the provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes your Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser and language settings, operating system, referrer URL, your Internet service provider and date/time. These data are not merged with personal data sources. If we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use, we reserve the right to check this data subsequently.
